| Relevant Experience (Yrs) | : | 10+ years of hands on implementation experience on all Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA) with multiple client environment exposure and experience in project accounting and advanced collection are desirable. Experience in Oracle Cost Module is required. Minimum 8+ years of IT industry experience. |
| Necessary Skills | : | · Experience in implementing Oracle Financials suite (including Accounts Receivables, Payables, and General Ledger) . Experience in implementing Oracle Costing is necessary. · Experience in Project Accounting is a plus. · Experience in Credit Management or Advanced Collections is a plus · Minimum Oracle 11.5.10 experience (or beyond) is required · Thorough understanding of application development lifecycle. · Strong interpersonal as well as written and spoken communication skills are essential. · Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving ability are essential. · Proven ability to work with diverse groups of people in challenging and complex endeavors, as demonstrated by successful team experience. · Ability to work directly and communicate effectively with all levels and groups across the organization and provide useful information and explanations about technical issues in a complete, accurate, and understandable manner. · Experience in gathering requirements, creating functional designs, gap analysis, and testing is required · Basic Technical understanding is required · Experience in creating and implementing business processes is a plus. · Project Management experience is a plus. · SQL knowledge is a plus |

| Roles & Responsibilities | : | · Provide complete functional expertise in ALL Oracle Finance modules including all the set-up/configuration of the system from the start to end · Understand the requirements from the business users ,do the fit-gap-analysis and suggest an optimum solution · Conduct Conference Room Pilots for the business users · Document all the functional and technical solution clearly in detail with no room for multiple interpretations. · Provide techno-functional assistance to the development team in terms of table structure, API details as needed · Conduct training to the business analysts, end users and to the development team on Oracle Finance functionalities and flow. · Conduct root cause analysis and work with the product vendor for further assistance |
